Missed departure up to £500. Personal possessions up to £2000, max per item £250. Total Valuables £250.
Personal money up to £300. Passport, Tickets & Documents up to £200. Personal Liability up to £2,000,000.
Legal expenses up to £10,000. Withdrawal of services up to £500. Hijack up to £500.
Catastrophe up to £500. Dynamic Packaging Protection up to £1500. Winter Sports - please enquire if relevant.
Excess first £65.00 p.p. of claims for cancellation (£10 for deposit only claims), curtailment, personal possessions,
emergency medical expenses, personal money, passport tickets and documents or personal liability.
(this is increased to £250 when your claim is damage to property).

Please note the information below. After contacting Healthcheck Screening (if required) telephone Mike Smith 01773 769406 (747426) up to 8pm and we can calculate the premiums required in addition to the extra payment that Healthcheck may require. You can then print off the Proposal Form by the clicking on Proposal Form at the top of this page.
If anyone has a pre-existing medical condition(s) or any other query regarding medical cover on this policy, then they must contact Healthcheck Screening Telephone 08445 449915, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm to find out if they are willing to cover the condition(s) and how much extra they would need to make as a separate payment made direct to Healthcheck. You must also take out your policy by printing off and completing the Proposal Form. If Healthcare are unable to offer cover for your condition(s) or you consider that the extra payment required is excesive contact Mike Smith on 01773 747406 (747426) up to 8pm as we may be able to offer alternative schemes.
